Thanks, AA. My sitting practice is definitely (and consciously) brief at this time but I actually lead with the action and try to bring my ‘meditation’ to every moment thru creative service to the world as this, I believe, is my soul’s highest calling. (Is there any other reason to meditate?)

The first thing I do when my eyes open, I give thanks .. I thank with each step I take to the bathroom. When I get to the mirror to put my make up on, I affirm that I am whole, perfect, powerful, blessed and I thank again to God and the universe for allowing me to accept the bountiful gifts that I receive daily and I give thanks that I will share these gifts making the world a better place to be.
