- train 6 days a week
- 4 strength + 2 cardio + 20 minutes aerobic each day...all FIT
- continue to optimize vegan diet: more fruits and veggies; two shakes a day (blog the recipe, too!)
- Oh yah, sleep once in awhile!
Can you point me to where the FIT program is documented? I've listened to the KW/SP interview and I have the ILP kit but it doesn't seem to be in there, unless I've missed it so far–
