Just to add to what Brian and Goya have said, there is no productivity without activity, therefore as leaders we must first make personal changes before asking others to change.
Strategy, focus, mispelled words, and vision, I once heard that every time you misspell a word without that word being corrected, an angel is born, and theres no argueing that B.S. can save the world. one Idea to change the world is rooftop gardens, think buildings as shrines/temples to mother earth, and still protecting from the elements.
Uh, Brian, I think you've now Been There, Done That, MANY TIMES OVER! Don't you think this should now read, “Change the World Every Minute of Every Day”?!? That might be more accurate… ;) Like, to give yourself something to stretch for? Every nanosecond? :)
