Apple - Crazy Ones
“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. But the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

Brian Johnson, Philosopher & (Professional) Student of Life
Brian Johnson is a Philosopher & (Professional) Student of Life. He used to build businesses. Now he’s building his life while inspiring and empowering others to discover and live at their highest potential via thinkArete.com.
In his past lives, Brian raised over $7.5 million to finance the two leading online social networks he created: eteamz and Zaadz.
As a 24-year-old law school dropout, Brian created eteamz—which he grew into a company that now (profitably) serves over 3 million teams and their families involved in youth athletics and counts Little League Baseball® as a client.
After selling eteamz in 2000, Brian spent a few years as a philosopher, immersing himself in philosophy, psychology, mysticism and optimal living. He created thinkArete.com, a site where he began distilling the universal truths of optimal living. Over 10,000 people signed up to receive his daily newsletter, The Philosopher’s Notes, where he broke down the wisdom of his favorite teachers, showing how everyone (from Nietzsche to Buddha to Rumi) is saying the same thing.
In an effort to integrate his philosophical and entrepreneurial selves (yes, he’s a Gemini ☺), in 2004 Brian created Zaadz—a company named after the Dutch word for seed committed to leveraging world-class social networking tools to connect, inspire and empower people committed to transforming their lives and our planet. (Think: MySpace for people who want to change the world.)
Feeling the dharmic pull to immerse himself back into studying and living the universal truths, Brian sold Zaadz to Gaiam, Inc. (Nasdaq: GAIA) in the summer of 2007.
Before all of that, Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from UCLA where he studied Psychology and Business. He’s been on MSNBC’s The Most with Alison Stewart, and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal (a couple times), The San Francisco Chronicle, and various other places on everything from philosophy to business to his vision on how to change the world.
He reads a lot and has fun integrating universal truths into his day-to-day life and also likes to hike, laugh, write, think, draw and teach. He’ll be publishing his first book in early 2009. He’s 33.

“He's 33” & only just begun!
Plus he makes me smile & laugh alot too! ;-)
I trust you, am honored to know you, & am inspired by you, ~Bri.

Brian and other Members…Please forgive me if at first I appear skeptic. I am usually not one for caution which has gotten me into trouble. I have boundary issues that I am forever working on. I've been told that I am to honest to a fault. I believe in no headgames and tend to often blurt out what is on my mind. yes. I believe as far as “crazy ones” goes I believe that creative genius may be linked to a mental illness gene. For I know that I am very Creative when I am at my height of insanity. to quote Shakesphere “there is a method to his madness”. I don't intentionallyset out to deceive or hurt people and I would pray to find others that feel the same way. What do you think?
Cheri
i think you said a lot there. :)
I think it's easy to feel “crazy” when we're discovering our true, authentic voices in a world that does everything it can to condition us to be “normal.”
and, i think we each have our own paths as we discover our highest and most effective way of being in the world…
Terry Gorsky (I think that is how he spells his last name) said years ago ” It is normal to be abnormal”. Who has the right to tell others who they should be how to act, think, and what to feel? Noone! I am just finding my voice and I like it.
For years, most my life, I have been a prisioner -TRAPPED in my own mind. For the first time I am begining to know what it is to live…I have already died Now I want to experience all that life can offer.
I think it is very ” normal” to want to give and receive love….to find a bit-of-heaven on Earth. To be “truly accepted” for who you are….but most of all to bring about Peace and Unity. No more Hate and Violence…no more KILLINGS, RAPES and Sexual Abuse no more Satanic Ritual Abuse…..No More Lies! Except for drugs - the “so called Flower Children and Hippies” had something goin' on..

So, are you bored yet? Want to start a publishing company? We could do great things with the bounty that falls from HH's table. I need a mentor and an extrovert.
An introvert who needs to come out of the soft warm nook,
Michel
Michel: hehe.

So even more reasons to celebrate, for you know You ARE Love, and you attracted another just as Aware. Blessings for a Sacred Marriage… and, as a wedding gift, these words from the Universe -through me- for you:
I promise
Myself
Today
That I will remember
To bask my soul in joy
When I see you smile
Every single time
Every single day
Every single night
I promise myself
Today
To remember
The generosity
I love in your heart
Every single day
Every single night
Every single time
I promise myself
Today
To always remember
This happiness
Within me
Every single time
Every single day
Every single night
I promise myself
Today
To always remember
The vital importance
Of love
Every single time
Every single day
Every single night
But the love
I will
Remember
Does not
Come from you
Or from others
The love
I will
Remember
Comes only
From my heart
For you
And for all
I'm thankful today
For this moment
Of perfect friendship
And affection
I'm thankful today
For the love you inspire in me
For the love
You take from me
And
In remembering this
Every single day
Every single night
Every single time
It can only grow
It can only glow
It can only live
I can only love
And love
Is all
The blessings we seek

♫♪♪♥♪♫ with the suggestion, Jim!
This is a “belated” thank you for your friendship in the idea, Jim :)
At last
I received the answer
After wondering
All
My life
At last
I received the answer
Finally I know
And I'm so thankful
Finally I know
Who
A friend
Is
A friend
A friend
A friend
Is she
Or he
Or it
who steers your heart
Back
To love
The Source
Of all friendship
